This is a full-time, all-commission role with training pay provided – no prior roofing experience is necessary. We prioritize your demonstrated sales expertise from any industry. What You'll Do Meet with warm leads through in-person consultations, finalizing agreements that safeguard homes. Perform video roof inspections (including climbing ladders and accessing attics). Implement effective follow-up strategies to foster relationships and secure sales. Work collaboratively to achieve and surpass team goals, exchanging insights and approaches.
