Director, Education
$130k - $150kNATIONAL ALLIANCE FOR CARE AT HOME
About Us
The National Alliance for Care at Home (Alliance) is the leading authority in transforming care in the home. As a national trade association, we represent providers of home care, home health, hospice, palliative care, and other services delivered where people want them most—at home. We are an inclusive thought leader, advocate, educator, and convener, serving as a unified voice for providers and the individuals they care for across all stages of life.
Position Overview
Reporting to the VP, Operations, the Director, Education leads all the Alliance’s education, from setting strategy to delivering programs, to build the knowledge and skills of professionals across the care at home community. A clinician and experienced educator, this hands-on leader manages the full education portfolio and the Alliance’s accredited continuing education program, keeping offerings clinically sound, responsive to member needs and financially sustainable. The Director also creates new certification programs that add value to Alliance membership, working closely with the events, membership, and policy and advocacy teams.
This is a chance for a clinician-educator to put their expertise to work on a national stage. You’ll own the Alliance’s education strategy from end to end, launch new certification programs that strengthen the profession, and help members across the care at home community stay ahead of rapid regulatory and clinical change.
This position is based in the Washington, DC metro area and eligible for a hybrid work (2-3 days in-office) arrangement. Candidates must be located (or willing to relocate to) the DC area to support in-person collaboration, stakeholder engagement and events as needed.
