Site HR Administrator & Onboarding Specialist
URBN (Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie Group, Free People & Nuuly)
URBN in Kansas City, KS is seeking an HR Administrator to support onboarding, engagement, and development at the site level, with a focus on policy adherence and HR processes. The role supports hiring, onboarding, training, attendance tracking, and employee communications, working closely with site leaders and HR peers to uphold URBN's values during a Monday–Friday schedule, 3:00pm–11:30pm.
