Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed biopsychosocial assessments that are culturally and developmentally appropriate for clients suffering from mental health and substance use issues.

• Provide individualized behavioral health services for clients, which includes diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and ongoing counseling for individuals, couples, and families.
\n
• Document all interactions and assessments electronically, ensuring clear communication and continuity of care within our integrated healthcare model.
\n
• Facilitate group therapy sessions focusing on skills development, relapse prevention, and sober living support.
\n
• Offer liaison services by connecting clients with local resources such as housing assistance, medication access programs, and support groups, enhancing their recovery journey.

• Engage with the Quality Improvement team to develop and implement effective processes for data collection and quality assurance initiatives that enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with clients undergoing detoxification from substance use, along with those coping with co-occurring mental health disorders. Our diverse client population requires a sensitive and multifaceted approach to care, respecting cultural differences and individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
\n
• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory, with ongoing maintenance of this license.

• Minimum of three (3) years of post-licensure experience in clinical settings, demonstrating a strong foundation in social work practices.
\n
• Proficiency in counseling techniques, crisis intervention, and the ability to make independent clinical judgments.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two (2) years of experience specifically working in mental health or clinical settings is preferred.
