About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP, Technology with a focus on IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the CTO, responsible for the technical and operational aspects of supporting multiple infrastructure environments and driving the consolidation towards a unified, scalable platform. This role demands a leader with a strong background in infrastructure strategy, operational execution, and cybersecurity maturity, particularly in a rapidly scaling, multi-entity environment. The VP will be instrumental in establishing and operationalizing enterprise cybersecurity frameworks, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards. Additionally, the role involves leading the team in the development and implementation of scalable operating models, standardizing workflows, and driving continuous improvement in operational efficiency. Applicants for the VP, Technology position at the company should hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and have at least 10-15 years' experience in IT infrastructure, with a minimum of 5 years in senior leadership roles. The role requires deep expertise in enterprise infrastructure, including cloud, networking, systems, and data centers, as well as strong experience with cybersecurity frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading platform consolidation and systems integration initiatives, building scalable processes, and demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills. Experience in complex, distributed environments, private equity-backed or high-growth organizations, and a background in supporting AI or advanced technology initiatives at scale are preferred. The VP will also be responsible for financial and vendor management, and must be adept at managing infrastructure budgets with a focus on cost optimization and ROI.
