We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll do more than maintain financial records—you’ll help ensure the accuracy of our financial information, strengthen our financial processes, and support the decisions that drive our organization forward.

What You'll Do

• Make the Numbers Count: Maintain accurate financial records, prepare journal entries, and support general ledger activities.
• Bring Clarity to the Details: Perform account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and ensure financial information is accurate and complete.
• Support Financial Success: Assist with financial reporting, account analysis, and month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Turn Data Into Insights: Use Excel and other financial tools to analyze information, identify trends, and help uncover opportunities for improvement.
• Keep Us on Track: Support compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, company policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Make Processes Better: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiencies, and strengthen the accuracy of our accounting operations.
• Collaborate and Connect: Partner with colleagues across the organization to solve problems, share information, and keep financial activities running smoothly.

What You Bring to the Team

• Experience in an accounting or finance role and a solid understanding of accounting fundamentals, including debits and credits, double-entry bookkeeping, and accrual accounting.
• Strong Excel skills, including the ability to work confidently with spreadsheets, analyze data, and use functions such as VLOOKUP.
• The ability to interpret financial reports, reconcile accounts, and investigate differences with accuracy and confidence.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail—you notice the little things that make a big difference.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of GAAP and applicable accounting standards is a plus.
• Experience with SAP or other accounting or ERP systems is a plus.
• A collaborative mindset, a willingness to learn, and the initiative to take ownership of your work.
