Fort Worth Quality & Continuous Improvement Leader

Pratt Industries is seeking an experienced Manager to lead the Quality Department at our Corrugator Plant in Fort Worth, Texas. This role requires strong leadership in Continuous Improvement initiatives to ensure high quality products while maintaining safe production practices. The ideal candidate will manage the Quality Management System and implement methodologies such as 6 Sigma and Lean. A high school diploma is required, and a college degree is preferred.
