Experienced Full Desk Recruiter(s) in Marietta (NOT REMOTE)MUST have at least two years of Recruiting and/or Strong Inside Sales ExperienceSalary: $40-$45K - with Very competitive Commission, Bonus & Profit-Sharing PlanHours: M-F, 8-5Location: Marietta (in office position- NOT REMOTE)Must have excellent relationship building skillsMust be creative, organized & have attention to detailMust have good typing skills and be well spoken in person but also in emailsLooking for someone with at least 3 years' inside sales experience preferably in the staffing industry. Only looking for candidates that have recruited and built relationships with clients, not just searched resumes.IF YOU'RE A SMOKER, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY!Responsibilities:Calling existing clients and/or prospects to try and place top candidatesCalling on Prospects to schedule appointments for you and for Director of Business DevelopmentFilling open job orders with the RIGHT candidatesBringing in and recruiting talent for open job ordersPreparing resumes for associatesRequirements:At least 2 years' inside sales or staffing experience (both ideally)Self-motivated accustomed to being on the phone and scheduling appointmentsWell-spoken with professional presentation skills/ exceptional customer serviceVery proficient in Typing, Word and ExcelConsultative Sales skills with history of follow-upMust be organized and have used a CRM system
