Atlanta Full-Cycle Recruiter | Construction Talent Partner
Holder Construction
Holder Construction is seeking a Recruiter to join our HR team at the Atlanta, GA office on a full-time, in-person basis. You will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, partner with hiring managers, and develop sourcing strategies to fill critical roles. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, and strong proficiency with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms.
