IT Service Desk Analyst

YipitData is looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to be the first line of support for our employees and the backbone of our day-to-day IT operations. You'll be the person people turn to when their laptop won't cooperate, their access needs updating, or a SaaS tool isn't behaving — and you'll take pride in resolving those issues quickly, clearly, and without making anyone feel dumb for asking.

This role sits at the center of a modern, distributed, SaaS-first workplace . You'll manage devices through IRU , support security tooling like CrowdStrike , administer core platforms like Google Workspace , Slack , Zoom , and Okta , and keep our Jira queue and Confluence documentation running smoothly. You'll also play a key role in onboarding and offboarding employees, making sure every new hire's first day starts with working tools and every departure is handled securely and cleanly.

We're looking for someone who's naturally organized, calm under a stack of tickets, and genuinely enjoys the process of diagnosing a problem and walking someone through the fix. You'll work closely with the broader IT, Security, and Infrastructure teams — escalating what needs deeper expertise, and owning the rest end-to-end. This is a fully-remote opportunity based in India. We expect East/West Coast/etc. work hours.

As Our IT Service Desk Analyst, You Will:

• Provide day-to-day IT support to employees by troubleshooting hardware, software, and access issues
• Manage and resolve IT support tickets through Jira , ensuring timely and effective resolution
• Configure, deploy, and support MacOS laptops and company devices
• Administer and troubleshoot SaaS applications including Google Workspace , Slack , Zoom , Okta , and other business tools
• Manage device configuration and security using MDM tools such as IRU
• Assist with user provisioning and deprovisioning, including onboarding and offboarding processes
• Support endpoint security tools such as CrowdStrike
• Maintain and track IT assets and equipment inventory
• Document solutions, processes, and troubleshooting steps in Confluence
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT, Security, or Infrastructure team members
• Assist with IT operational improvements and small projects that improve employee IT experience

You Are Likely To Succeed If:

• You have 2–3 years of experience working in an IT support or service desk environment
• You are comfortable supporting remote and distributed teams
• You have experience supporting MacOS devices and modern SaaS-based workplaces
• You are organized and comfortable managing multiple support requests through a ticketing system
• You enjoy troubleshooting technical issues and helping colleagues resolve problems quickly
• You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users
• You enjoy working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

• Experience with scripting or automation tools such as Python , GAM , or Okta Workflows
