You’ll get to: Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.Review and improve existing manufacturing processes and equipment.Ensure that equipment, processes, and tooling, operate at satisfactory levels.Perform process capability studies.Identify and implement safety and productivity improvements.Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives that support continuous process improvements.Document work standards and instructions.Investigate production concerns. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.Identify new equipment, processes, and tooling. Oversee procurement, plant layout, installations, and validations. Initiate capital budget requests. Plan, justify, and implement manufacturing proposals. Participate in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance programs. Ensure compliance with all EH&S policies as defined by Stanley Black & Decker, OSHA, and other regulatory agencies.Work cohesively within our team environment, participating in various projects and events to support the Plant’s needs.Engage with personnel from other departments and disciplines to successfully drive and complete tasks.The Person: You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
