We provide the tools, training, and technology you need to succeed in an industry that keeps America moving.What You'll Do:Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on medium- and heavy-duty trucks.Use advanced diagnostic tools to troubleshoot engine and system issues.Accurately document findings and repairs using company-provided laptops and software.Work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented shop environment.Engage in ongoing training and development to stay up to date with the latest repair techniques and technologies.Required Qualifications:Experience working with medium- or heavy-duty trucks.Basic computer skills, including diagnostic software.Proficiency with power and hand tools.Strong attention to detail and a clean, organized workspace.Excellent communication skills for documenting and relaying repair findings.Preferred Qualifications:1–2 years of experience as a Diesel Technician, especially with Class 8 vehicles.Certifications for Detroit or Cummins engines (priority hiring for certified candidates).CDL license (preferred but not required).Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.Experience with engine overhauls is a plus.Why Choose Truck Country?At Truck Country, we offer more than just a job—we offer a career path.
