Tire Technician$22.00 - $24.00/hourWe are seeking a reliable and hardworking Tire Technician / Mechanic Assistant to join our 2nd shift team in Franksville, WI. This is a physically demanding role that requires frequent lifting and hands-on work. No prior experience is required; we are willing to train the right person. Over time, you will learn additional mechanical skills and take on more responsibilities.Tire Technician Responsibilities:Assist mechanics with daily tasks and general shop needsMount, dismount and change tiresMove, lift, and carry heavy items (up to 100 lbs)Maintain a clean and safe work environmentPerform basic shop duties such as organizing tools, cleaning work areas, and preparing equipmentOccasionally work outdoors as requiredFollow all safety procedures and company guidelinesRequirements for Tire Technician:Ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs regularlyComfortable performing strenuous physical laborWillingness to learn and grow into additional mechanical tasksDependable, punctual, and able to work 2nd shift (2pm–10:00pm or until done)Positive attitude and strong work ethicNo previous tire or mechanic experience required; training providedIND012 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
