As our Affiliate Manager, you'll grow and strengthen our affiliate programme across multiple markets, building valuable partnerships and uncovering new growth opportunities. Using strong commercial thinking and performance insights, you'll help drive acquisition, revenue and real business impact.

The Responsibilities & The Impact YOU Will Have:

Affiliate Partnerships & Growth

• Drive affiliate marketing initiatives focused on customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Identify, recruit and onboard new affiliate partners across targeted markets.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term affiliate relationships, providing ongoing support and guidance.
• Develop promotional campaigns and incentives to engage partners and maximise performance.

Performance, Insights & Optimisation

• Monitor affiliate budgets, ROI and KPIs, using data to continuously optimise performance.
• Analyse affiliate results and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to improve campaigns and strategy.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, turning insights into growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate financial tracking and provide clear reporting and insights to senior affiliate management.

Collaboration, Compliance & Team Impact

• Ensure affiliate activities align with programme policies and relevant industry regulations.
• Collaborate across the business to align affiliate needs with commercial objectives.
• Support Junior Affiliate Managers by sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Take ownership of delegated projects, driving them from idea through to execution.

All You Need Is…

• Previous experience working as an Affiliate Manager within the iGaming industry.
• Experience managing affiliates across multiple international markets, ideally with broad/global exposure.
• Experience working with unregulated markets.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• A solid understanding of the online gaming industry, affiliate marketing trends and regulatory requirements.
• The ability to develop and execute affiliate strategies aligned with wider business objectives.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence using data to evaluate and optimise affiliate performance.
• Hands-on experience with affiliate management platforms, such as MyAffiliates, and analytical tools such as SimilarWeb.
• A results-driven mindset and a passion for continuous improvement, Kaizen is how we work!

Nice to Have

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Knowledge of Malay and/or Chinese.
• Experience with SEO and competitor analysis.
• An understanding of financial reporting and invoicing processes.
• Knowledge of global affiliate marketing best practices.
