Strategic HR Generalist: Compliance, Onboarding & People

ZRS Management is seeking an HR Generalist to oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws while supporting both staff and management. This role will coordinate onboarding, benefits, leave, and performance processes, and serves as backup to the HR Manager as needed. You will work with the HR Manager and Regional Managers to align HR initiatives with business goals, handle inquiries, and generate reports from HR systems for analytics and compliance purposes. #J-18808-Ljbffr zrsmanagement
