Inside Sales Representative
West Coast Heating, Air & Solar is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy connecting with people, and want to grow your career with a company that values its employees and customers, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to customers with existing estimates and encourage them to move forward
- Conduct prospecting calls to generate new business opportunities
- Respond quickly to digital leads and convert them into appointments or sales
- Build strong customer relationships through a consultative, solutions-focused approach
- Use ServiceTitan software to manage leads, track interactions, and achieve performance goals
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles
- High school diploma (Associate degree preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with ServiceTitan and Microsoft Office
- Driven, customer-first mindset with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
