Description Title: Receptionist Location: Symphony Care Network Status: Part Time Job Summary: Essential Functions: Welcoming visitors and guests in a warm and friendly manner Answering and routing phone calls Distributing mail Providing clerical support as assigned Qualifications/Experience: 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience working in Healthcare industry preferred Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to follow instructions Maintain basic knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Professional telephone etiquette Strong verbal and listening skills Multi-tasking skills Passion for helping others Excellent customer service Teamwork qualities Dependability Reliability #J-18808-Ljbffr Symphony of Tri-Cities
