Role Overview: We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the design and development of workflows, applications, and reports within the ServiceNow platform for NCDHHS. This role focuses on automation and high-level reporting for healthcare operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of ServiceNow experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of overall professional experience (15+ years preferred).
- Direct experience working with State Government is REQUIRED (HHS division preferred).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) is REQUIRED.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development (3+ years).
- Strong experience configuring ITSM modules (3+ years).
- Experience building ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and performance analytics (3+ years).
- Proficiency with Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts (3+ years).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and configure solutions, workflows, and forms using ServiceNow best practices.
- Develop advanced reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Develop scripts and integrations using JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable solutions.
