In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and guide them through coverage options that provide long-term financial security and peace of mind. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative conversations, building lasting relationships, and making a meaningful impact through protection planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate customers on life and health insurance products, including term life, whole life, and supplemental health coverage
• Conduct needs-based conversations to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate protection strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through regular follow-up
• Support customers through the application and underwriting process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
• Collaborate with the team to identify cross-sell opportunities within the existing book of business
• Maintain accurate documentation and stay compliant with insurance and financial regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Life & Health license (required or willingness to obtain)
• Experience in life and/or health insurance sales or financial services
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to explain complex coverage options in a clear and relatable way
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a sales-driven environment
• Professional and trustworthy demeanor with a genuine desire to help others
