Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Location (city, state): San Antonio, Texas

Compensation: $23 - $25 per hour depending on experience

Job Responsibilities:  

• Process high-volume accounts payable invoices accurately and timely, ensuring proper coding, approvals, and compliance with company policies
• Manage vendor relationships, including resolving invoice discrepancies, handling payment inquiries, and maintaining accurate vendor records
• Assist with month-end close activities, including account reconciliations, accruals, and general ledger support as needed

Requirements:  

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment
• Strong understanding of invoice processing, three-way matching, and general ledger coding
• Strong ERP system knowledge
