About the Role
Lead growth initiatives for a developer tools company helping expand user acquisition activation retention and monetization. You will work across product marketing and engineering to identify opportunities test ideas and bring effective growth strategies to market.
What Youll Do
- Plan and run multi-channel growth campaigns using data to measure results and refine your approach.
- Build and optimize conversion funnels from awareness through activation and retention.
- Partner with product marketing and engineering teams to coordinate growth projects.
- Take product features and growth initiatives from early concept through launch.
- Use experiments and analytics to validate hypotheses and identify opportunities to improve performance.
- Develop growth models and financial projections to forecast acquisition costs and customer lifetime value.
- Support paid acquisition across channels such as search social and programmatic advertising.
What Were Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in growth product marketing or business development with a focus on acquisition retention or monetization.
- Experience designing and executing multi-channel campaigns and measuring their impact.
- Comfort using SQL analytics platforms or A/B testing tools to find insights and test hypotheses.
- Experience with marketing automation CRM or analytics tools such as Mixpanel Amplitude Segment or Salesforce.
- Background in B2B SaaS marketplaces or subscription business models and experience working across functions.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $150000 to $200000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
