Counter Sales / Warehouse Associate

Pay: $17.00–$19.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Counter Sales / Warehouse Associate . This position will begin in the warehouse to allow the selected candidate to learn the products, inventory, and different departments. Advancement to the front counter will depend on how quickly the candidate learns and becomes proficient in each area.

Responsibilities:

• Begin in the warehouse learning products, inventory, and daily operations
• Stock products and maintain organized shelves
• Perform routine inventory counts
• Take customer orders and provide quotes at the front counter and over the phone
• Assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming work environment
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Keep the customer beverage refrigerator stocked
• Prepare coffee and popcorn for customers
• Assist with additional warehouse and front-counter duties as needed

Requirements:

• STABLE WORK HISTORY REQUIRED
• Basic computer skills required; training on the company’s system will be provided
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to bend, stoop, and perform physical warehouse duties
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Dependable and willing to learn multiple departments

This is a great opportunity for someone who is willing to learn, enjoys working with customers, and is comfortable starting in a warehouse environment before progressing into the front-counter role.
