Job Description Leads the frontline to promote a Highly Satisfied customer experience while driving customer loyalty. Helps develop high-performing teams through training and mentoring of Associates on frontline execution of all register transactions. Acts with integrity to adhere to company policy and procedures. Promotes a culture where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and engaged. Has a strong desire to achieve team and individual results. Available and willing to work in multiple areas of the store as needed.
