The Host Provisioning Service manages the end-to-end lifecycle of OCI hardware, including qualification, provisioning, firmware lifecycle management, cryptographic wiping, and decommissioning. Accommodations to this requirement may be granted following an individualized assessment.Lead the design, implementation, and operation of provisioning, firmware-management, and hardware lifecycle services.Drive qualification, onboarding, and operational readiness for new server, GPU, NIC, SmartNIC, and storage platforms.Define scalable automation and validation frameworks for firmware qualification, metadata generation, compliance validation, and deployment readiness.Lead investigation and resolution of complex production issues across provisioning, firmware, hardware-management, and platform lifecycle systems.Provide on-call support and technical leadership for customer fleet issues in OCI data centers.Establish technical standards for service reliability, observability, security, scalability, and operational excellence.Partner with Hardware Engineering, Security, Compute, Manufacturing, and hardware vendors to deliver secure, production-ready platform launches.Mentor engineers, lead design reviews and technical discussions, and drive post-incident improvements.Full timePosting Date: 2026-06-05
