Integrated Marketing, External Communications - PR

Position Summary This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship. Role and Responsibilities This role focuses on developing and executing integrated marketing and external communications strategies in Plano, Texas. The role will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create cohesive PR campaigns, optimize brand presence, and enhance customer engagement across multiple channels. Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Collaborate with PR and brand marketing teams to establish creative assets (photography, logos, key visuals, messaging) and delivery schedules. Manage external communications initiatives to ensure alignment with Samsung's brand standards and communication priorities. Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, advertising, or a related field. 4-6 years of experience in integrated marketing or external communications. Strong project management and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications MBA or advanced degree in business or marketing. Experience in the consumer electronics or technology industry. Familiarity with CRM, social media, and digital media marketing. Strong communication and collaboration skills for working in a dynamic, matrixed organization.
