FOH Manager – Upscale Fine Dining

Charlotte, NC | $75,000–$85,000 + Bonus & Benefits

An award-winning, high-volume fine dining restaurant in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to join its leadership team.

We’re looking for a polished, hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves being on the floor, and knows how to develop a strong team while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of management experience in upscale or fine dining
Experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
Strong knowledge of elevated service standards
Solid food, wine, spirits, and beverage knowledge
Proven ability to train, coach, and develop FOH teams
Strong floor presence and attention to detail
Excellent communication and guest-recovery skills
A hospitality-first leadership style
