What We Offer Are you a current Family Medicine Resident graduating in 2027 or a practicing Family Medicine Physician interested in making an exciting career change? Novant Health is looking for a compassionate, caring, board certified / board eligible Family Physician to join our rapidly growing outpatient primary care team in Lakeside Primary Care - Brookdale located in Charlotte, NC. The office is located in the northeast part of Charlotte next to the I‑485 loop, giving you flexibility to live within Charlotte or one of our many suburbs. We are interviewing now, but this position would not start until Summer 2027. We offer a 4‑day work week. Our team currently includes five other providers (four physicians and one APP), and we have a strong office morale that supports career development in a rapidly growing area.
