Golden Star Technology Inc. (GST) is seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, demand generation, lead acquisition, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated B2B marketing strategies, including digital marketing, content marketing, partner marketing, demand generation campaigns, events, trade shows, and brand management.

The Senior Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with executive leadership, sales teams, technology partners, and vendors to develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies, generate qualified sales opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and expand GST's market presence. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and has experience managing multiple marketing programs in a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead demand generation, lead generation, nurture, and customer engagement campaigns across digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Manage GST's brand positioning, messaging, and corporate identity across all customer touchpoints
• Partner with sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives, pipeline goals, and revenue targets
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns utilizing email marketing, social media, content marketing, SEO, SEM, webinars, events, and partner marketing programs
• Manage vendor and technology partner relationships, maximizing Marketing Development Funds (MDF) and co-branded marketing opportunities.
• Create and oversee development of marketing content including blogs, case studies, white papers, solution briefs, success stories, presentations, and thought leadership materials
• Coordinate customer events, executive briefings, webinars, trade shows, conferences, and field marketing programs.
• Manage website content, user experience, SEO performance, and digital engagement initiatives
• Track and analyze campaign performance, lead conversion metrics, pipeline contribution, marketing ROI, and customer engagement data.
• Manage marketing budgets, agency partnerships, vendor relationships, and project timelines
• Identify emerging marketing trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities within the technology industry

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience and trade shows.
• Experience in the technology, IT, professional services, or related industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, email marketing, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
• Proficiency with graphic design and content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
• Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with leadership, sales teams, partners, vendors, and customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and drive actionable insights.
