We are partnered with one of the Midwest’s most respected general contractors as they continue to grow their Cincinnati preconstruction team.

This is a strong opportunity to join a nationally recognized builder with a major Ohio pipeline, ~80% repeat/referral business, and a culture known for developing and retaining its people.

The Role

Lead projects from conceptual budgeting through final GMP
Own estimating, value engineering & constructability
Partner directly with owners, architects & operations
Develop subcontractor strategy and bid packages
Mentor junior preconstruction team members
