This role will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our US and Canadian entities, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely reporting. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement.Responsibilities:Ensure full compliance of all US and Canadian entities (3 operating and various holding entities) of the Group.Month-end close: Ensure relevant accounting entries are posted timely and accurately for month-end for all US & Canadian entities.Prepare relevant support schedules.Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliationPrepare relevant tax schedules and support tax returnsSupport group audit: prepare audit schedules and resolve audit queriesResponsible for US/Canada insurance programSupport US treasury and bankingAd hoc projects as directed by the managersRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business/AccountingOver 5+ years of relevant accounting experienceStrong understanding of US GAAP; knowledge of IFRS is a plusPublic accounting background is a plusProficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with financial systems.Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.Strong communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken).A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.Compensation: Competitive pay and bonus eligibilitySalary Range: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00Work Life Balance: Flexible hybrid work environmentOnly selected candidates will be contacted for interviews.
