Whatnot Shipping & Fulfillment Assistant
Part-Time | Weekdays | North Las Vegas/Aliante Area
We are looking for an incredibly organized, detail-oriented Shipping & Fulfillment Assistant to help manage daily order fulfillment for our growing live-selling business on Whatnot.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying organized, working with their hands, and taking pride in making sure customers receive beautifully packed orders with care and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Sort sold inventory after live shows
- Carefully package customer orders with attention to presentation and protection
- Print and apply shipping labels accurately
- Organize outgoing inventory and shipping supplies
- Double-check orders for accuracy before shipment
- Drop off packages at the post office each weekday
- Help maintain a clean, efficient fulfillment workspace
- Track and communicate any shipping issues or missing items

- Comfortable working independently
- Fast learner with strong attention to detail
- Must not mind getting their hands dirty handling packages, inventory, bins, and shipping materials
- Someone who takes genuine pride in packaging orders with the utmost care
- Able to lift bins/packages and stay active during shifts
- Positive attitude and calm under pressure during busy shipping days
Schedule
- Approximately 2–3 hours per weekday
- Flexible daytime scheduling preferred
- Daily post office drop-offs required
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience with reselling, e-commerce, Whatnot, eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, etc.
- Love organization systems and workflow efficiency
- Enjoy fast-paced small business environments
Pay
- Starting at $20/hour
