Insights Analyst

Supporting the CVS business, the full-time Insights Analyst will deliver accurate reporting, integrated insights, and structured data-driven storytelling to enhance sales strategy and category planning while working closely with the CVS sales team in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Execute CVS reporting, managing weekly and monthly performance analytics, item trackers, and promotional scorecards Utilize CVS CMG data and integrate it with other data sources to identify performance trends and opportunities Develop and improve standardized reporting templates and dashboards to enhance efficiency and clarity in data presentation Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 1-3+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Category Management, or CPG analytics Hands-on experience with syndicated data, customer data, and retailer POS systems Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is a plus Strong analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and detail
