Full Time Dental Insurance and Treatment Coordinator Schedule Monday through Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm Occasional Once a Month Saturdays Lunch breaks To learn more about this practice: Full Time Benefits Monthly Team Member Incentive Bonus Program 401K Paid Time Off Paid Company Holidays, Bereavement, and Jury Duty Paid Basic Life & AD&D insurance Medical, Dental, and Vision Short Term Disability Pet Insurance Accidental Injury, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity plans with wellness incentives Additional Practice Advantages Patient-centric community approach Work/life balance Opportunity for career growth Professional development and support with continuing education Strong business and operational teams Employee Assistance Program for all employees and their household Responsibilities Insurance coordination and verification Treatment plan preparation and presentation Patient and Insurance billing processes Collecting, processing and posting payments Answers incoming calls to include new patients and emergencies Establishing trusting relationship with new patients Tracking pending and incomplete treatments Making sure dental goals are being met in regard to dental services Appointment scheduling and confirmation Scheduling productive and efficient provider schedules Requesting records Patient follow ups Knowledge of case acceptances, budgeting, and insurance Qualifications High school diploma required Dental front office experience preferred Experience with Insurance Billing Processes and Collecting, Processing and Posting Payments preferred Experience with Treatment Plan Coordinating & Presentation preferred Computer proficiency and ability to learn Dental practice software experience, Denticon experience preferred Must have a proven track record of presenting treatment plans and gaining case acceptance by securing appointments and payment for services.
