Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist (Entry Level)
???? North Palm Beach, FL Looking for an opportunity to begin a rewarding career in the dental field? Orange Dental Partners is looking for a friendly, dependable, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing multi-specialty practice! We specialize in Endodontics, Oral Surgery, and Pediatric Dentistry, and we're looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. If you're organized, eager to learn, and enjoy helping people, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do:
- Welcome patients and create a warm, friendly first impression
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with scheduling appointments
- Confirm upcoming appointments
- Check patients in and out of the office
- Help patients complete intake and medical forms
- Verify basic insurance information
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Coordinate referrals and assist with general front office duties
- Support the team in delivering an exceptional patient experience
