A great consultant understands the business behind the search and helps the client decide what to do. You will develop your ability to:

• Ask questions that uncover what the business actually needs
• Connect hiring decisions to business growth and client solutions
• Interpret search results and market feedback, explain what they mean, and make recommendations to clients

Recruitment Consultant – What You Will Do

• You will multiple leadfull-cycle recruiting searches including participating in search strategy, performing effective active and passive sourcing, interviewing, candidate evaluation and recommendations
• Partner directly with clients to understand their businesses, define hiring priorities, and present thoughtful candidate recommendations
• Own the client experience, proactively communicating progress, market feedback, obstacles, and recommendations to keep searches moving forward and help clients make informed decisions.
• Own your results, managing 6–8 active searches, monitoring pipeline activity, conversion metrics, and project budgets, and adjusting your approach to drive results.
