Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities Deliver a phenomenal guest experience. Lead and inspire the team with a people‑first mentality. Build a team focused on hospitality and culinary execution, develop top talent, and foster career growth and cross‑training. Build sales, profitability, and guest counts. Manage the P&L for the restaurant. Meet financial objectives by forecasting, adjusting labor expenditures, practicing portion controls, preparing budgets, and analyzing variances. Utilize excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with employees, guests, suppliers, and senior management. Maintain a safe and healthy environment by establishing, following, and complying with sanitation standards and procedures. Requirements Minimum of two years FOH management experience in a high‑volume, fast‑paced restaurant. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional leadership skills; ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a team. Passion for execution, hospitality, and service. Capacity to sit, stand, and walk for up to 10 hours a day, and occasionally stoop, bend, or kneel. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform other diverse physical tasks as needed. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Compensation and Benefits The current salary range for this position is USD $65,000.00 to $70,000.00. Additional benefits include 401K, health, dental, vision, and disability insurance through CPK’s designated providers.
