State Farm agents are independent contractors that market State Farm Insurance and financial services products.

As a Customer Service Representative with Nick Pontiff - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Answer customer inquiries and requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Dedicated to customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $36,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

  • We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, and Life Insurance.
  • Our office is located in Mid-City, New Orleans.
  • I have been a State Farm agent since 2014.
  • I am a proud graduate of LSU.
  • We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
