Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job TitleMandatory Qualifications (Must Have)Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.8+ years experience in: Business requirements planning, elicitation, analysis, and SDLC managementBusiness process reengineering and transformation initiativesActing as a liaison between business and technical teamsLeading project teams and managing stakeholders, scope, resources, and vendorsExperience with projects involving: Data management, data quality, data warehousing, modeling, migration, and integrationEnterprise systems analysis, architecture, and information security principlesExperience working in an Agile/Scrum environment or as a Scrum Master.Hands-on experience documenting and implementing PeopleSoft applications.Functional expertise in one or more PeopleSoft modules: HRMSBase BenefitsBenefits AdministrationPayrollPensionStrong SQL skills (Oracle and SQL Server).Experience with legacy PeopleSoft implementations or conversions.Additional Skills & ExperienceExperience in consulting and diverse business environments.Experience supporting systems related to: FinanceBenefits processingProcurementContractsLegal, Audit, HR, Vendor RelationsExpertise in: Business systems analysisReporting databases and data modelingEnterprise business analysis and feasibility studiesRisk assessments and value-based decision-makingExperience creating system documentation, standards, and training materials.Experience with Azure DevOps for requirements management and project delivery.Experience with project management tools.
