Nurse Practitioner - MAT for Opioid Use Disorder Outpatient

Crossroads Treatment Centers seeks a Nurse Practitioner to evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinics. You will prescribe medications and document care according to Crossroads standards, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic treatment. In this role you will also perform injections and coordinate referrals to community services.
