On Pointe Dentistry is seeking a skilled and motivated Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our clinical team. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about restorative dentistry and thrives in a high-energy environment. In this role, you will work closely with our doctors to provide top-tier clinical care while ensuring every patient has a comfortable and positive experience.

$36,500~$46,700 per year

Requirements

Valid State Certification as an Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA).
Current X-ray certification.
Strong clinical skills with a focus on restorative excellence and precision.
Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional personality.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced clinical setting.
A reliable work ethic and a commitment to being a team player.

Job Description

Perform high-quality restorative functions, including placing and contouring fillings.
Provide expert chairside assistance to the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures.
Capture clear digital X-rays and dental impressions for diagnostic use.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms according to safety standards.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care instructions.
Update and maintain accurate electronic patient records and clinical notes.
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth and efficient daily office flow.

Benefits

Jobley Bonus: $90 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley)

Shift & Schedule

Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday – Sunday: Closed
