Order Management Coordinator

Detail-oriented and organized, the part-time Order Management Coordinator will support customer order processing, documentation management, and transactional activities in a fully remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Create, enter, and maintain customer orders within SAP or other ERP systems Review customer purchase orders for completeness and accuracy Update orders to reflect revisions, schedule changes, and status updates Required Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in order processing, customer service, or administrative support Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree preferred Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with distributed teams
