Competitive Pay: $21.00–$25.00/hour, with opportunities for growth Paid Training: Must be able to commit to approximately 60 hours of paid training, including modules, webinars, and assessment Supportive Team: Ongoing guidance from experienced Supervisors and BCBAs Flexible Scheduling: Part‑time and full‑time options; sessions typically occur between 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm Career Growth: Potential BCBA supervision hours for qualifying candidates Benefits: Paid sick leave, college tuition discounts, and ongoing professional development What You'll Do Implement ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA Collect accurate data during therapy sessions Work with clients in home, community, school, or clinic settings Address challenging behaviors using positive behavior support strategies Support caregivers as needed Maintain timely session notes and timecards Collaborate with Supervisors and clinical teams Adhere to ethical standards and company policies Support new hires through shadowing and overlap sessions What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED required College coursework in progress or completed (preferred) At least 6 months of experience working with individuals with disabilities (preferred, not required) Availability of at least 15 hours per week during afternoons/evenings Must be 18 years or older Valid driver's license and auto insurance (paid travel time provided) Ability to pass background check, TB test, physical/Fit for Duty exam, and provide or obtain proof of required immunizations Join Our Team If you're ready to start a fulfilling career where your work truly matters, we'd love to meet you.
