Associate Director, IT Delivery

Job Title: Associate Director, IT Delivery Location: New York, NY (hybrid) Compensation: $220k-250k What You’ll Do as an Associate Director, IT Delivery Standardize delivery processes, tools, and reporting across the IT delivery function. Oversee intake, demand planning, and prioritization to ensure alignment with capacity and business needs. Manage end-to-end delivery performance, including timelines, risks, dependencies, and outcomes. Lead governance processes to ensure adherence to project, technical, and change management standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness. Partner with product, engineering, architecture, and business leaders to translate requirements into scalable solutions. Act as an escalation point to resolve delivery challenges and maintain momentum. Align IT initiatives with broader business strategies and identify opportunities for innovation. Collaborate with communications and training teams to support adoption and change management efforts. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT delivery professionals. Manage workload distribution, set performance goals, and support ongoing capability development. Qualifications 15+ years of experience in IT delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record managing complex, enterprise-scale technology initiatives. Experience working in global, matrixed environments with cross-functional teams. Strong knowledge of delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid). Experience with vendor management and third-party implementations. Understanding of change management, communications, and user adoption strategies. Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as HCM, CRM, or Microsoft technologies is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Background check required for all candidates.
