Service Representative - Eyewash/WaterBreak

Job Description Cintas is hiring for a Service Representative in Training/Bench for our Eyewash/WaterBreak line of products. In this role, you will provide customers with thorough cleaning and sanitization of their eyewash stations and WaterBreak water and ice units, operating all equipment safely and ensuring compliance with safety policies. Additionally, you will sell the Eyewash and WaterBreak product line to Cintas First Aid and Safety (FAS) customers. Key Responsibilities Actively participate in on-the-job training and achieve certification. Service customers according to a planned calendar and avoid service outside scheduled frequencies. Establish and maintain a rapport with each customer, resolve concerns, and communicate issues. Perform function checks, clean and sanitize WaterBreak units and eyewash stations, and maintain equipment daily. Increase route volume by meeting sales goals: implement price increases, sell new stations, units, and target products. Provide accurate invoicing and account for services rendered, maintain past‑due percentages and assist in collections. Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Valid driver's license. Independent, experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised. Previous sales and/or customer service experience. Preferred Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required).
