Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update customer and company data into internal systems with a high level of attention to detail
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing prompt and courteous assistance
• Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure records are complete and accurate
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive customer information at all times
• Assist customers with account inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution
• Organize and file documents both digitally and physically to support efficient record-keeping
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
• Perform regular data quality checks and report any inconsistencies to management

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a plus
• Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for this on-site role
