Onsite Maintenance Tech — Make-Ready & Repairs
Greystar
Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Stonebrook property in Sanford, Florida. In this role, you'll perform mechanical work to ensure the property meets safety and functionality standards. Your primary duties will include responding to work orders, conducting property inspections, and preparing units for new tenants. EPA certifications are required to comply with safety regulations, and a valid driver's license may also be necessary to operate on-site vehicles. #J-18808-Ljbffr Greystar
