Now Hiring Maintenance Technician – Direct Hire Johnson City, TN Pay Rate: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Monday – Friday (Some Saturdays) Duct Tape Ain't a Strategy. You Know Better. When something breaks, you don't panic, you grab your tools and get to work. We need a Maintenance Technician who can keep machines moving and production rolling.

Your Skills

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous maintenance, facilities, or industrial experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Experience with hand tools and power tools
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in varied environments, including heights and confined spaces
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks
• Welding, HVAC, or pneumatic system experience is a plus

On the Job Every Day

• Assist with preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment installations
• Perform routine facility and equipment inspections to ensure proper operation
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency work orders in a timely manner
• Maintain clean and organized maintenance areas, tools, and equipment storage
• Communicate issues and ongoing maintenance needs to the supervisor
• Support general facility upkeep and safety compliance
