The Salema Management Network is currently hiring a Restaurant Manager to join our team in the Greater Springfield area with more openings available across our network as well!

Restaurant Managers are responsible for providing positive leadership to their team to deliver excellent and friendly guest experiences and operational excellence. They are responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant according to Dunkin' standards and compliance with all applicable laws.

Here's who we're looking for:

Someone who comes to work with a positive attitude ready to provide an exceptional guest experience.
A team player who excels in a fun, fast-paced environment while following brand standards as well as safety/sanitation standards.
Someone with a great attitude who has a desire to learn and can take feedback from their supervisor and run with it.
A role model who will create a positive workplace environment and who will conduct themselves in a professional manner when dealing with customers, Team Members, and corporate management.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

Standing on feet
Repetitive motion including bending, stooping and reaching.
Lifting objects including boxes, ice, and product up to 25lbs (if applicable)
Working in a small space
