Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Responsibilities Assist the Director and SVP of Financial Planning & Analysis in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow, regulatory reporting, and overall financial performance. Participate in the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecast, and five‑year forecast. Review monthly financial results and analyze detailed corporate and financial information. Support corporate financing activities including debt and equity transactions and M&A. Prepare presentations for the Board of Investors and Investors. Build and maintain financial models that evaluate historical performance and forecast future results. Improve financial and operational status by monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions to management. Develop supporting materials to share analyses and findings with senior management. Demonstrate attendance and commitment sufficient to complete the duties of the position. Perform related duties as required. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of FP&A or comparable experience; health plan experience preferred. Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Excel. Bachelor of Science in Finance, Business, or Accounting (preferred). Knowledge of finance administration principles in accounting, budgeting, and auditing. Detail‑oriented, executive‑maturity, business acumen, and strong communication skills. Ability to handle competing priorities and complex projects. Curiosity, strong problem‑solving skills, process improvement, statistical analysis, and excellent presentation skills. Effective at influencing all levels of employees up to executive level. Work independently with minimal supervision and maintain effective working relationships. Compensation Pay Range: $109,932.00 – $164,899.00 (may vary based on factors such as market location, education, responsibilities, and experience).
