Critical Facilities Project Manager

Snapshot / Role Overview:
We're seeking a Critical Facilities Project Manager in Reno, NV to lead building automation and controls projects for data centers and mission-critical environments.

Impact:
- Deliver complex critical facility projects on time and within budget
- Support the rapid expansion of data center infrastructure in Northern Nevada
- Build a project portfolio that establishes market leadership in the region
- Develop client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals

Responsibilities:
- Manage full project lifecycle from contract award through commissioning and closeout
- Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and field installation teams
- Lead project meetings and communicate status to clients and stakeholders
- Review and approve submittals, RFIs, and change order requests
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and code compliance requirements
- Manage project financials including billing, cost tracking, and margin analysis
- Identify and mitigate project risks throughout execution
- Support business development through client relationships and proposal efforts
